Sharify Service Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries & associate companies (hereinafter referred individually and/ or collectively as "SpeedCharge") is/are concerned about the privacy of data and information of the users accessing, using or purchasing products or services on any of SpeedCharge's websites, mobile sites or mobile applications thereof accessible through various internet-enabled smart devices (individually and collectively referred to as "Platform") or otherwise doing business with SpeedCharge.

This Privacy Policy applies to SpeedCharge which includes all its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding company & associate companies and helps you understand how we collect, use, store, process, transfer, share, and otherwise deal with and protect all your data and information when you visit any of our Platform and use our products and services or even otherwise visit the Platform.

The term "We"/ "Us" / "Our" used in this document refers to SpeedCharge and "You" / "Your" /"Yourself" refers to the users, who visit or access or use (collectively "usage") the Platform. If you see an undefined term in this Privacy Policy, it has the same definition as in our Terms of Service.

Non-Personal Information

  • Vehicle Information — Registration Number, Model Number, Year of Manufacture, Odometer Rating, Range left, Location.
  • Third-Party Data — social media user IDs (Facebook, Google) when you choose to sign in or connect via those platforms.
  • Geo-location — used to help you locate nearby charging stations and improve service accuracy.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To inform you about our products, services, offers, and provide customer support.
  • To address your queries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • To review the performance of our services and diagnose technical issues.
  • To implement appropriate security measures and investigate any illegal or fraudulent activities.
