SpeedCharge provides charging-station location information services that help users locate, navigate to, and book electric vehicle charging stations. We also facilitate distributorship and franchise collaborations for partners interested in setting up and operating charging infrastructure, and we operate a cloud-based ecosystem that connects our chargers, mobile application, and partner network.
While we make every effort to keep our services available and functioning as intended, we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website, application, or charging network, and services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
User Accounts

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 6 months of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility — refunds may be requested for:
- Charges made in error.
- Services not provided as promised.
- Unsatisfactory service.
Processing — once approved, refunds are processed within 9 business days.
